Acquisition of metal objects

In connection with the preparation of the tender regarding the acquisition of metal objects, DALO has initiated this market dialogue.

DALO has prepared a range of questions included in the RFI, which DALO would like to gain information on. Therefore, DALO encourages the market to reply to the RFI and to submit any information, product presentations and/or catalogues that might be relevant. The RFI can be accessed via www.Ethics.dk and submissions to the RFI and any other relevant information can be submitted via www.Ethics.dk.

The completed RFI and any other information that might be relevant should be submitted no later than 20 April 2026.

DALO expects written responses to the questions included in the RFI. Following this DALO reserves the right to conduct bilateral meetings to discuss the answers to the RFI and any further input provided by interested entities, if relevant.

Please note that DALO will take all written responses into consideration even if no bilateral meetings are held.

It is noted that whether or not interested entities participate in this market dialogue will not influence their possibilities of participation in the future tender.

Attention is drawn to the fact that DALO, as a public authority, is subject to the Danish Access to Public Administration Files Act and the Danish Public Administration Act. Regardless of any indications of confidentiality provided by companies, etc., DALO may be obliged to grant access to documents to the extent that this follows from the provisions of the Danish Access to Public Administration Files Act or the Danish Public Administration Act.
