Buying traps

As a result of the public procurement procedure, the contracting authority shall purchase 10 (ten) trams, as well as tram-specific equipment, accessories and spare parts in accordance with the conditions of the public procurement. The procurement also includes an option to purchase 12 (twelve) additional trams. The trams are designed and manufactured for use over a period of at least 40 years, with an average annual mileage of 66,000 km. The contracting authority will organize an online meeting on 1 October 2025 at 13:00 for interested parties participating in the procurement, during which it will provide an overview of the subject matter of the procurement, requirements for preparing the tender, and present the tram infrastructure. In addition, interested parties may visit the tram infrastructure in the City of Tallinn on site on 14 October 2025 at 13:00 in Estonia, Tallinn, at Vana-Lõuna 41, 10134, subject to prior registration. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: See the base documents of the procurement.
