Feed procurement - DBR

This public procurement procedure aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DPS) in accordance with Sections 106 and 107 of the Public Procurement Act. The objective is to procure the following feed and bedding materials for Hortobágyi Természetvédelmi és Génmegőrző Nonprofit Kft. within the following categories: 1. Category 1: Bedding straw 2. Category 2: Corn stalks 3. Category 3: Meadow hay 4. Category 4: Alfalfa hay 5. Category 5: Conventional grain corn 6. Category 6: Organic grain corn 7. Category 7: Lamb feed 8. Category 8: Horse feed 9. Category 9: Rye 10. Category 10: Oats 11. Category 11: Horse vitamins and other supplements 12. Category 12: Dog food 13. Category 13: Lick salt In accordance with Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority reserves the right, during the implementation of the DPS and simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to tender, to define options for submitting partial offers depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public contracts concerned. Pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will provide precise technical specifications (including quantities, characteristics, etc.) for the specific public contracts to be implemented under the DPS simultaneously with the dispatch of the invitation(s) to tender. The contracting authority has established general terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted together with the ad hoc contracts concluded as a result of the procedures conducted in accordance with the invitations to tender.
