The subject of the order, divided into 11 Lots, is: a) collection, loading, transport, and neutralization of medical waste; b) collection, loading, transport, and management of selectively collected waste; c) collection, loading, transport, and management of biodegradable kitchen waste with code 20 01 08. Lot No. 1: a) 18 01 02* – Body parts and organs, as well as containers for blood and preservatives used to store it (excluding 18 01 03); b) 18 01 03* – Other waste containing pathogenic living microorganisms or their toxins, and other forms capable of transferring genetic material, which are known or for which there are reliable grounds to believe they cause diseases in humans and animals (e.g., infected diapers, sanitary pads, underpads), excluding 18 01 80 and 18 01 82; c) 18 01 04 – Other waste than that listed in 18 01 03 (e.g., dressings made of material or plaster, bedding, disposable clothing, diapers); d) 18 01 06* – Chemicals, including chemical reagents, containing hazardous substances; e) 18 01 08* – Cytotoxic and cytostatic medicines; f) 18 01 09 – Medicines other than those listed in 18 01 08. Lot No. 2: a) 20 01 01 – Paper and cardboard; b) 20 01 39 – Plastics; c) 20 01 02 – Glass; d) 20 03 01 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste. Lot No. 3: 16 06 04 – Alkaline batteries (excluding 16 06 03). Lot No. 4: 20 03 07 – Bulky waste. Lot No. 5: a) 20 02 01 – Biodegradable waste; b) 15 01 02 – Plastic packaging; c) 15 01 01 – Paper and cardboard packaging. Lot No. 6: 20 01 08 – Biodegradable kitchen waste. Lot No. 7: 15 02 03 – Sorbents, filtering materials, wiping cloths (e.g., rags, cleaning cloths), and protective clothing other than those listed in 15 02 02. Lot No. 8: 16 02 13* – Discarded equipment containing hazardous elements other than those listed in 16 02 09 to 16 02 12. Lot No. 9: 16 02 14 – Discarded equipment other than those listed in 16 02 09 to 16 02 13. Lot No. 10: 16 01 03 – Discarded tires. Lot No. 11: 20 01 11 – Textiles.
