Selection of an operator to provide, for the needs of SIDP DP – Shumen – Central Unit and its Territorial Units of State Forestry Enterprises/State Hunting Estates, for a period of 36 months from the date of contract signing, mobile telephone services via a public telecommunications mobile cellular network compliant with GSM, UMTS, and LTE standards, with national coverage, including 1,175 SIM cards, as well as additional supplies and services related to this activity.
