Development of the conceptual design and feasibility study for the reconstruction and expansion of the wastewater treatment plant for the Łuków agglomeration, focusing on sludge management with the aim of achieving energy self-sufficiency, together with obtaining environmental permits for the investment; namely, the expansion and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant in the context of sludge management, along with the construction of an anaerobic digestion facility integrated with cogeneration.
