PN 09/08/2026: Design and construction of a fiber-optic connection between Poznań and Kąkolewo. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of comprehensive design documentation and, based on this documentation, the construction of a fiber-optic connection to the building of the optical satellite station and the terrestrial quantum communication facility in Kąkolewo, under a “design‑build” arrangement.
