After the conclusion of a framework agreement, the client aims to use a bicycle leasing service. The client of the employees will become the lessee. He concludes a corresponding transfer and usage contract with the employee. The client wants to introduce bicycle leasing promptly based on the contractual opening clauses in the TV-Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V) and TV-Nahverkehrsbetriebe NW (TV-N NW). Bicycle leasing has been agreed upon in the last round of collective bargaining between the municipal employers' association and the trade unions, so that tariff-covered employees can benefit from it. The offer should apply to all approximately 2,300 employees of the client who fall under the application of the collective agreement for salary conversion for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service.
