The subject of service provision is the consulting and support for the maintenance of the productive software components of the TK's SAP HR system as well as consulting and support for individual further developments and their implementation in a total of 3 lots. In addition, consulting on the maintenance and (planned future) productive operation of the SAP SuccessFactors system is also part of the service provision. At the time of tendering, the SAP SuccessFactors is not yet in productive use, but TK plans an implementation project and the productive operation of EmployeeCentral and other modules from the talent management environment during the contract period.
