The client aims to use a bike leasing service upon concluding a framework agreement. The client is the employer of the employees. He concludes a corresponding transfer and use agreement with the employees. The client wishes to introduce bike leasing promptly based on the collective bargaining agreement opening clauses in the TV-Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V) and TV-Nahverkehrsbetriebe NW (TV-N NW). Bike leasing was agreed upon during the last collective bargaining round between the municipal employer association and the trade unions, so that collective bargaining employees can benefit from it. The offer is intended for all approximately 2,300 employees of the client who fall under the application of the collective bargaining agreement for salary conversion for the purpose of bike leasing in the municipal public service.
