Nudging App Module
Agency Services / Software Development Conceptualization, implementation, operation, and measurement of success of a Nudging module for promoting sustainable mobility in Detmold, as well as the digitalization of the city voucher. The City of Detmold aims, within the framework of its sustainability strategy and as part of the funding program "Model Projects Smart Cities" (MPSC), to actively shape the mobility transition. With the measure "Nudging of sustainable mobility behavior", an innovative approach is to be followed to motivate citizens and residents to choose environmentally friendly transport modes and to reward them. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Dienstleistungen zur Entwicklung eines umfassenden Konzepts sowie dessen anschließender technischer Umsetzung und Betreuung. Ziel ist die Schaffung einer digitalen Anwendung, mit Sicherstellung der möglichen Einbindung in die Appmold als integriertes Modul innerhalb der bestehenden Stadt-App "Appmold". Diese Anwendung soll mittels Gamification- und Anreizelementen (Nudging) die Nutzung des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNV) und des Fahrradverkehrs im Stadtgebiet Detmold steigern. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist die Entwicklung eines Belohnungssystems, sowie die Digitalisierung des Stadtgutscheins (betrieben durch die Stadtguthaben GmbH), um diesen auch als Einlöseoption auswählen zu können.
