The subject of service provision is the consultation and support for the maintenance of the productive software components of the TK's SAP HR system as well as consultation and support for individual further developments and their implementation in a total of 3 lots. In addition, consultation on the maintenance and (future planned) productive operation of the SAP SuccessFactors system is part of the service provision.
