The client aims to use bicycle leasing after the conclusion of a framework agreement. The client of the employees will be the lessee. He concludes a corresponding transfer and usage contract with the employee. The client wants to introduce bicycle leasing soon based on the collective agreement opening clauses in the TV-Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V) and TV-Nahverkehrsbetriebe NW (TV-N NW). The bicycle leasing has been agreed in the last round of collective bargaining between the municipal employers' association and the trade unions, so that collective agreement employees can benefit from it. The offer should apply to all approximately 2,300 employees of the client who fall under the application of the collective agreement for salary conversion for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service.
