The client aims to utilize a bicycle leasing program upon conclusion of a framework agreement. The lessee will be the client of the employees. He concludes a corresponding lease and usage agreement with the employee. The client intends to introduce bicycle leasing as soon as possible based on the collective bargaining agreement opening clauses in the Supply Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement (TV-V) and the NW Local Transport Collective Bargaining Agreement (TV-N NW). The bicycle leasing has been agreed upon in the last collective bargaining round between the municipal employers' association and the trade unions, so that collective bargaining employees can benefit from it. The offer is intended to apply to all approximately 2,300 employees of the client who fall under the collective bargaining agreement for salary conversion for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service.
