Nudging App Module
Agency services / Software development: Conceptualization, implementation, operation, and evaluation of a nudging module to promote sustainable mobility in Detmold, as well as the digitalization of the city voucher. As part of its sustainability strategy and within the framework of the "Smart City Model Projects" (MPSC) funding program, the City of Detmold aims to actively shape the mobility transition. The measure "Nudging for Sustainable Mobility Behavior" seeks to pursue an innovative approach to inspire citizens to choose environmentally friendly modes of transport and reward them accordingly. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Dienstleistungen zur Entwicklung eines umfassenden Konzepts sowie dessen anschließender technischer Umsetzung und Betreuung. Ziel ist die Schaffung einer digitalen Anwendung, mit Sicherstellung der möglichen Einbindung in die Appmold als integriertes Modul innerhalb der bestehenden Stadt-App "Appmold". Diese Anwendung soll mittels Gamification- und Anreizelementen (Nudging) die Nutzung des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNV) und des Fahrradverkehrs im Stadtgebiet Detmold steigern. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist die Entwicklung eines Belohnungssystems, sowie die Digitalisierung des Stadtgutscheins (betrieben durch die Stadtguthaben GmbH), um diesen auch als Einlöseoption auswählen zu können.
