Technical maintenance and building upkeep of the BUW complex: University Library at 56/66 Dobra Street in Warsaw, SAT at 68/70 Dobra Street in Warsaw, and Artes Liberales at 72 Dobra Street in Warsaw, including associated equipment, installations, and furnishings, along with carrying out protective works to prevent the spread of accident consequences for a period of 36 months.
