The building is designed as a solid‑construction structure. The roof will feature a steel‑frame construction with trapezoidal sheet metal, partially also in reinforced concrete. The façades are planned as brickwork and suspended metal panels. General built‑in fixtures: 1 kitchen unit, height 213 cm, total length 450 cm, including upper, high, and lower cabinets; 1 kitchen unit, height 212.5 cm, total length 570 cm, including upper, high, and lower cabinets; 5 microwave ovens; 2 range hoods; 2 induction cooktops; 2 built‑in ovens; 2 dishwashers; 1 refrigerator–freezer combination, approx. 231 l; 1 refrigerator–freezer combination, approx. 290 l.
