Type of Service: The subject of this procurement procedure is roof renovation work on Building F (Wood Technology Vocational School) at the BBS Melle. The entire flat roof assembly (approximately 620 m²) is to be removed and replaced with a new structure. In doing so, all superstructures—including the lightning protection system, chimney, roof penetrations, water drainage systems, etc.—must also be taken into account.
