The City of Kiel plans to construct a new building for the East Fire Station, including an office wing for preventive fire protection. The building’s dimensions are approximately 49.50 m by 20.5 m. No basement is planned. The gross floor area is about 936 m². The eave height is 9.83 m. Foundation will be provided by ground‑improvement gravel columns with a load‑distribution layer. The structure is designed as a solid‑construction building. The roof will feature a steel framework with trapezoidal sheet metal, partially also in reinforced concrete. The façades are planned as brick masonry and suspended metal panels. Carpentry work: toilet partition systems, approximately 50 m² of toilet partition systems.
