The City of Kiel plans to construct a new building for the East Fire Station, including an office wing for preventive fire protection. The building’s dimensions are approximately 49.50 m by 20.5 m. No basement is planned. The gross floor area is about 936 m². The eave height is 9.83 m. Foundation will be provided by ground‑improvement gravel columns with a load‑distribution layer. The building is designed as a solid‑construction structure. The roof will feature a steel structure with trapezoidal sheeting, partially also in reinforced concrete. The façades are planned to consist of clinker masonry and suspended metal panels. Building cleaning work: approximately 1,600 m² of net floor area—rough cleaning, intermediate cleaning, and fine cleaning.
