The City of Ibbenbüren and Bäder GmbH intend, through a jointly conducted tender, to award contracts for roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal work on a fixed-term basis in accordance with the Standard Specification for Construction, Scope 638 (Roofing Works), July 2025 edition; Scope 636 (Waterproofing Works), July 2023 edition; and Scope 639 (Sheet Metal Work), July 2024 edition. By mutual agreement, the contract term may be extended twice, each time by one year, under the same conditions. The maximum total contract duration is four years.
