The subject of this tender is the maintenance of the aluminum facade in the area of the plastered facade. The work will be carried out in three construction phases: 2026 Lot 1: Courtyard 2, 62 stick‑system units, approximately 1,150 m²; 2027 Lot 2: Courtyard 1/3, 55 stick‑system units, approximately 965 m²; 2028 Lot 3: Courtyard 4, 72 stick‑system units, approximately 1,150 m². Scaffolding will be provided on site.
