The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a comprehensive service encompassing the preparation of hazardous waste for collection, its loading, collection, transport in compliance with ADR regulations and applicable legal provisions, and subsequently its neutralization through thermal treatment (incineration) in facilities holding the requisite administrative decisions and permits.
