Renovation, reconstruction, and expansion of a historic public building—the Wagon House together with the courtyard of the Kubicki Stables and a section of the fence; construction of an underground retention tank along with its associated installations; and reconstruction of the district heating network to resolve conflicts arising from the planned redevelopment for use as an exhibition storage facility.
