The development of an AI-based automated text simplification tool and/or the adaptation of an existing tool to meet the Buyer’s needs, in accordance with the requirements of this Technical Specification, and the provision of access to this tool to the Buyer for a period of 3 (three) years (a 3-year license(s)) for no fewer than 5 (five) users.
