Analysis

Every requirement checked. Every line item rated.

In a few hours, the analysis reads all tender documents, GAEB files included, and rates every requirement and every line item against your company profile, each with its reasoning and page reference.

Decide on solid ground before your team writes a bid.

The analysis matches the requirements of the tender documents against your references, employees and products. The gap analysis shows you what you already fulfil and where gaps remain.

Lots and profile

You choose the lots. BOND reads every document.

  1. Only the lots you care about

You select the lots you want to bid for, and BOND has already deselected the lots that are likely not a fit for you.

  2. Your profile as the benchmark

Before the start BOND asks whether your company profile is up to date, because the analysis measures every requirement against your references, employees, products and certificates.

Suitability check

Check your suitability, requirement by requirement.

  • All four suitability groups

Besides references and personnel, the analysis also checks economic and technical suitability, which are still locked in the pre-analysis.

  • Every piece of evidence

If the contracting body asks for three references, BOND checks each piece of evidence on its own, with minimum number, minimum volume and time period.

  • Priority and lot in view

Every requirement carries the priority set in the documents, whether mandatory, expected or optional, and BOND checks lot-specific requirements for each lot separately.

Ratings

Every rating explained, with source and page reference.

  • Four clear ratings

Every requirement is rated fulfilled, not fulfilled, unclear or “Cannot assess”, and “Cannot assess” only means that a detail is missing from your profile.

  • Reasoning with source

The reasoning names the references and employees BOND drew on, and one click on the source opens the PDF on the cited page.

  • Your assessment counts

You confirm a rating, object with a reason or mark the requirement as fulfilled, and BOND takes your feedback into account in future ratings.

Bill of quantities

See how much of the bill of quantities you cover.

  • Every line item in a list

You see each line item with quantity, unit, value, standard and priority, grouped by lot, just as it appears in the bill of quantities.

  • Matching products per item

For each line item BOND suggests matching products from your workspace, with the cited passage in the documents.

  • Match score in percent

The match score gives the share of line items you fulfil according to the analysis, and it is calculated when you choose “Assess the bill of quantities” at the start.

Result

Make your decision with every fact in one place.

  1. Match score and suitability

The overview shows the match score and counts how many requirements are fulfilled, not fulfilled, unclear or not yet assessed.

  2. Dates and contracting body

Question deadline, submission deadline, tender validity, submission format and portal are in one place, together with the department, Leitweg-ID and review body.

Common questions about the analysis

8 questions

How long does an analysis take?

Depending on the scope of the documents, it takes a few hours. The analysis runs in the background, and you get an email as soon as the result is ready.

Which documents does the analysis read?

It reads every document of the tender, written texts as well as GAEB files. If documents are missing, you upload them yourself.

What is the match score?

The match score is the share of line items you fulfil according to the analysis. It is only calculated when you choose “Assess the bill of quantities” at the start.

What is the gap analysis?

The gap analysis sets every requirement against your company profile. You see what you fulfil, what is open and which details are still missing from your profile.

What does “Cannot assess” mean?

“Cannot assess” means that your profile lacks a detail, such as a reference or a certificate, so it is not a no. Add the detail in your workspace.

Can I correct a rating?

Yes. You mark a requirement as fulfilled or not fulfilled and give the reason, and BOND takes this into account in future ratings.

Are lots checked separately?

Yes. Before the start you choose which lots are analysed, and BOND checks lot-specific suitability requirements for each lot separately.

How many analyses are included?

That depends on the size of the tenders: every analysis uses tokens from your plan's monthly budget, a tender with many lots more than one with a single lot. BOND Pro covers a few analyses, BOND Max and BOND Ultra five and twenty times as many. If you need more in a month, you buy extra tokens; inside a plan they are up to 90 % cheaper.
