The role

You will build and own core backend services: the APIs our product runs on, the data pipelines that keep millions of tenders fresh, and the integrations that connect everything together. You will work across the full lifecycle — design, implementation, deployment, and operation.

What you will do

• Design and build APIs and services powering search, matching, and the customer dashboard
• Own data pipelines end to end: ingestion, processing, deduplication, enrichment
• Keep the platform fast and reliable as data volume and traffic grow
• Improve observability, testing, and developer experience across the codebase
• Work directly with the founders on architecture and priorities

What you bring

• 3+ years building production backend systems in a modern language and framework
• Solid database fundamentals — schema design, indexing, query performance
• Experience operating services in production: monitoring, debugging, incident response
• A pragmatic approach: simple designs, shipped iteratively, measured honestly
• Bonus: experience with search or data-heavy pipelines
