The role
You own the top of the funnel: finding the right companies, starting the right conversations, and turning cold prospects into qualified meetings for our sales managers. You are measured on meetings booked and pipeline created, and you are coached to grow into a full-cycle closing role.
What you will do
- Research and prioritize companies across Europe that bid for public contracts
- Run outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound interest and route it to the right sales manager
- Book and prepare qualified meetings, and keep the CRM clean
- Learn the market deeply: procurement, our customers' industries, and our product
What you bring
- Excellent written and spoken communication; English fluent, German a strong plus
- Energy and resilience — outbound is a numbers game and you enjoy playing it
- Curiosity and coachability; you want feedback and act on it
- First sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Ambition to build a career in B2B software sales
