The role

You will own our infrastructure and delivery pipeline end to end. Everything is infrastructure-as-code and deployed via CI — no hand-managed servers — and we want to keep it that way as we scale. You make the platform more reliable, more observable, and easier to ship to.

What you will do

• Own our infrastructure-as-code setup across servers, DNS, storage, and secrets
• Run and improve CI/CD pipelines for a multi-repo setup with continuous deployment
• Own observability: traces, logs, metrics, alerting, and incident runbooks
• Manage credentials and environment parity between development and production
• Harden our data-collection fleet: resource limits, memory safety, scheduled-job reliability
• Fix the pipeline, not the box — root-cause failures and automate the fix

What you bring

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles running production Linux infrastructure
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience and the conviction that infra changes belong in code review, not SSH sessions
• Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD, and automated server provisioning
• Experience running observability stacks (metrics, logs, and traces)
• Comfort debugging across the stack: networking, kernel OOM kills, DNS, TLS
• Bonus: database operations at scale or experience with EU data-residency requirements
