The role

You will join the engineering team working on the AI features of the product — the systems that read, translate, and match public tenders. You get real product responsibility from day one, paired with mentorship from senior engineers, and your work ships to customers quickly.

What you will do

• Build and improve AI-powered product features alongside senior engineers
• Write, test, and ship production code — not prototypes
• Help evaluate model and prompt changes so quality decisions are grounded in data
• Learn how AI systems behave at real scale, with real users and real constraints
• Grow: the goal of this role is to make you a strong AI/LLM engineer, fast

What you bring

• Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language
• Genuine curiosity about applied AI — side projects, coursework, or experiments welcome
• The habit of finishing things and asking good questions along the way
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• A degree is welcome but not required — what you can build matters more
