The role

DACH is our home market and our strongest coverage: German procurement alone is spread across dozens of federal, state, and municipal portals, and BOND reads all of them. You will own revenue for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — full cycle, from prospecting to close — and become our voice in the region's public procurement ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Own the DACH pipeline end to end: outbound, inbound, demos, negotiation, close
  • Sell to SMEs and mid-market companies in construction, IT, facility services, and other tender-heavy industries
  • Run demos in German that show a prospect the tenders BOND found for them
  • Build relationships with industry associations, chambers, and bid consultants in the region
  • Feed regional market insight back into product, pricing, and marketing

What you bring

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally SaaS
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Understanding of how German-speaking Mittelstand companies buy software
  • Familiarity with public procurement (Vergabe) is a strong plus, not a requirement
  • Self-sufficiency: you manage your own pipeline and hold yourself to your numbers
